Amb l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2019-5089\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reial decret 244\/2019<\/a><\/strong>, Espanya va fer un gran pas endavant en regular de manera clara les condicions d&#8217;aquestes instal\u00b7lacions, fomentant la <strong>transici\u00f3 cap a un model energ\u00e8tic m\u00e9s sostenible.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p>Dins d&#8217;aquest marc legal, existeixen dues modalitats principals: <strong>l&#8217;autoconsum individual<\/strong> i <strong>l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong>. Encara que comparteixen la mateixa base \u2014generar electricitat neta per a reduir el consum de la xarxa\u2014, presenten difer\u00e8ncies clau que determinen en quins casos conv\u00e9 triar l&#8217;una o l&#8217;altra. <\/p>\n\n<p>En aquest article explicarem aquestes difer\u00e8ncies, quins avantatges pot tenir l&#8217;una sobre l&#8217;altra, i quan podem optar per algunes d&#8217;aquestes opcions segons les nostres necessitats i la infraestructura disponible.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;autoconsum individual?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;autoconsum individual <\/strong>\u00e9s aquell en el qual una \u00fanica persona f\u00edsica o jur\u00eddica instal\u00b7la panells solars per a cobrir part o la totalitat de la seva demanda energ\u00e8tica. \u00c9s la modalitat m\u00e9s comuna en habitatges unifamiliars, negocis o explotacions industrials que compten amb coberta pr\u00f2pia per a instal\u00b7lar plaques. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caracter\u00edstiques principals de l&#8217;autoconsum individual<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Un solo consumidor:<\/strong> l&#8217;energia generada es destina a un \u00fanic punt de subministrament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 privada: <\/strong>els equips (panells, inversors, cablejat) estan connectats \u00fanicament a la xarxa interior d&#8217;aquest habitatge o negoci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Opcions d&#8217;excedents<\/strong>: la normativa permet que l&#8217;excedent no consumit s&#8217;aboqui a la xarxa, podent acollir-se a la compensaci\u00f3 simplificada en la factura el\u00e8ctrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3 senzilla:<\/strong> no requereix acords ni coordinaci\u00f3 amb altres usuaris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantatges de l&#8217;autoconsum individual<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Autonomia total en la gesti\u00f3 i l&#8217;\u00fas de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Major control sobre la inversi\u00f3 i el manteniment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tramitaci\u00f3 administrativa m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida que en el cas col\u00b7lectiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal per a habitatges unifamiliars, naus industrials o locals amb coberta pr\u00f2pia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu <\/strong>es produeix quan diversos consumidors comparteixen una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica. Aquest model est\u00e0 especialment dissenyat per a comunitats de ve\u00efns, pol\u00edgons industrials o agrupacions d&#8217;empreses, on diversos punts de subministrament poden beneficiar-se de la mateixa planta solar. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caracter\u00edstiques principals de l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diversos consumidors:<\/strong> almenys dos subministraments el\u00e8ctrics participen en la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Repartiment d&#8217;energia:<\/strong> la normativa obliga a establir un coeficient de repartiment pr\u00e8viament acordat entre els participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proximitat<\/strong>: tots els punts de consum han d&#8217;estar connectats al mateix centre de transformaci\u00f3 i situar-se a menys de 2 km de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3 compartida:<\/strong> requereix acords comunitaris i, en la majoria dels casos, la signatura d&#8217;un contracte de repartiment d&#8217;energia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avantatges de l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permet accedir a energia solar als qui no disposen de teulada pr\u00f2pia (pisos en blocs de cases, locals en edificis compartits).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estalvi de costos en dividir la inversi\u00f3 entre diversos participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00das m\u00e9s eficient de superf\u00edcies grans, com a cobertes d&#8217;edificis comunitaris o naus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat d&#8217;augmentar la cohesi\u00f3 ve\u00efnal i fomentar la sostenibilitat a nivell col\u00b7lectiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difer\u00e8ncies clau entre autoconsum individual i col\u00b7lectiu<\/h2>\n\n<p>Encara que tots dos models comparteixen la base \u2014generar i consumir electricitat renovable\u2014, les difer\u00e8ncies s\u00f3n significatives:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><td><strong>Aspecte<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Autoconsum individual<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Usuaris<\/strong><\/td><td>Un \u00fanic consumidor<\/td><td>Diversos consumidors<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3<\/strong><\/td><td>Exclusiva per a un punt de subministrament<\/td><td>Compartida entre diversos punts de subministrament<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Gesti\u00f3<\/strong><\/td><td>Senzilla, sense acords externs<\/td><td>Requereix acords de repartiment i coordinaci\u00f3<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Excedents<\/strong><\/td><td>Compensaci\u00f3 simplificada o venda al mercat<\/td><td>Tamb\u00e9 permet compensaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 requereix assignaci\u00f3 d&#8217;excedents entre usuaris<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>\u00c0mbit d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/td><td>Habitatges unifamiliars, locals, ind\u00fastries<\/td><td>Comunitats de ve\u00efns, pol\u00edgons industrials, agrupacions<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Proximitat<\/strong><\/td><td>Sense limitaci\u00f3 espec\u00edfica<\/td><td>M\u00e0xim 2 km entre instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i consumidors, mateixa xarxa de distribuci\u00f3<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autoconsum en empreses i comunitats de ve\u00efns<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&#8217;autoconsum fotovoltaic no sols est\u00e0 pensat per a habitatges unifamiliars: <strong>empreses i comunitats de ve\u00efns<\/strong> poden beneficiar-se enormement d&#8217;aquest model, sempre que es tri\u00ef la modalitat adequada.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empreses i negocis<\/h3>\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/nievesenergia.com\/ca\/productes-i-serveis\/energies-renovables\/plaques-solars-per-a-empreses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">empreses<\/a>, tant pimes com grans ind\u00fastries, tenen un consum energ\u00e8tic molt superior al de les llars.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autoconsum individual en empreses<\/strong><br>\u00c9s la modalitat m\u00e9s habitual. Una f\u00e0brica, oficina o nau industrial amb coberta pr\u00f2pia pot instal\u00b7lar un sistema d&#8217;autoconsum individual per a proveir les seves operacions. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Control sobre l&#8217;energia generada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibilitat de dimensionar grans instal\u00b7lacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reducci\u00f3 significativa en els costos de producci\u00f3 o serveis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refor\u00e7 de la imatge corporativa sostenible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu en parcs empresarials<\/strong><br>Quan diverses empreses comparteixen un pol\u00edgon o un edifici d&#8217;oficines, l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu \u00e9s una gran opci\u00f3.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Permet aprofitar superf\u00edcies comunes com a teulades de naus o aparcaments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es reparteixen els costos d&#8217;inversi\u00f3 i manteniment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fa viable l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a energia solar per a pimes amb poc espai disponible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En la pr\u00e0ctica, el m\u00e9s comuna \u00e9s que <strong>grans ind\u00fastries optin per autoconsum individual<\/strong>, mentre que <strong>agrupacions d&#8217;empreses explorin l&#8217;opci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comunitats de ve\u00efns<\/h3>\n\n<p>El sector residencial tamb\u00e9 troba en l&#8217;autoconsum una via per a democratitzar l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;energia solar.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Autoconsum individual en comunitats<\/strong><br\/>Un propietari pot instal\u00b7lar plaques solars a la seva terrassa o balc\u00f3, per\u00f2 l&#8217;espai sol ser limitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu en comunitats de ve\u00efns<\/strong><br>\u00c9s l&#8217;alternativa m\u00e9s avantatjosa.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cada ve\u00ed rep un percentatge de l&#8217;energia generat segons l&#8217;acord comunitari.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;aprofita una superf\u00edcie comuna (el terrat).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#8217;abarateixen costos en dividir la inversi\u00f3 entre tots els participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afavoreix la cohesi\u00f3 ve\u00efnal i la sostenibilitat de l&#8217;edifici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En resum: per a <a href=\"https:\/\/nievesenergia.com\/ca\/productes-i-serveis\/energies-renovables\/plaques-solars-per-a-comunitats-de-veins\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comunitats de ve\u00efns<\/a>, <strong>l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/strong> \u00e9s l&#8217;opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s pr\u00e0ctica.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marc normatiu a Espanya<\/h2>\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2019-5089\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Reial decret 244\/2019<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9s la norma de refer\u00e8ncia que regula l&#8217;autoconsum a Espanya. Les seves principals aportacions van ser:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reconeixement legal de l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplificaci\u00f3 dels tr\u00e0mits administratius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulaci\u00f3 de la compensaci\u00f3 simplificada d&#8217;excedents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establiment de l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de fixar coeficients de repartiment en instal\u00b7lacions compartides.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, el <strong>IDAE <\/strong>(Institut per a la Diversificaci\u00f3 i Estalvi de l&#8217;Energia) ha publicat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idae.es\/publicaciones\/guia-de-autoconsumo-colectivo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">guies pr\u00e0ctiques<\/a> per a orientar tant a particulars com a comunitats sobre com implementar aquestes modalitats.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Situaci\u00f3 actual i reptes de l&#8217;autoconsum a Espanya<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&#8217;autoconsum ha experimentat un fort creixement en els \u00faltims anys al nostre pa\u00eds. Segons dades de la <strong>Comissi\u00f3 Nacional dels Mercats i la Compet\u00e8ncia (CNMC)<\/strong>, a l&#8217;abril de 2024 es van aconseguir <strong>6.314 MW de pot\u00e8ncia instal\u00b7lada<\/strong>, la qual cosa reflecteix un avan\u00e7 molt notable respecte a exercicis anteriors. <\/p>\n\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, aquest desenvolupament encara enfronta diverses barreres administratives, t\u00e8cniques i reguladores. En el seu informe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/sites\/default\/files\/5418567.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>INF\/DE\/106\/24<\/strong> <strong>(juliol 2024)<\/strong><\/a>, la CNMC identifica els <strong>principals reptes i propostes per a consolidar l&#8217;autoconsum<\/strong> a Espanya: <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acc\u00e9s i connexi\u00f3 a xarxa<\/h3>\n\n<p>El principal coll d&#8217;ampolla de l&#8217;autoconsum est\u00e0 en el <strong>proc\u00e9s de connexi\u00f3 a la xarxa de distribuci\u00f3.<\/strong> Moltes instal\u00b7lacions es troben amb retards, costos elevats d&#8217;acc\u00e9s i falta de capacitat disponible en determinades zones. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La CNMC proposa <strong>agilitzar els tr\u00e0mits i abaratir els costos<\/strong> d&#8217;acc\u00e9s i connexi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es busca millorar la <strong>planificaci\u00f3 de les xarxes<\/strong> per a absorbir m\u00e9s projectes de generaci\u00f3 distribu\u00efda i reduir les denegacions per saturaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la pr\u00e0ctica, aix\u00f2 significa que tant instal\u00b7lacions individuals com col\u00b7lectives tindrien un cam\u00ed m\u00e9s senzill per a legalitzar-se i comen\u00e7ar a produir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simplificaci\u00f3 de tr\u00e0mits<\/h3>\n\n<p>Avui, cada comunitat aut\u00f2noma gestiona els expedients amb criteris distints, la qual cosa genera complexitat.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es reclama una <strong>homogene\u00eftzaci\u00f3 de requisits<\/strong> en tot el territori: des de la sol\u00b7licitud inicial, passant per proteccions el\u00e8ctriques, fins a l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoconsum en el contracte amb la distribu\u00efdora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 inclou la reducci\u00f3 de terminis i la digitalitzaci\u00f3 de gestions per a evitar retards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per a l&#8217;usuari final, significaria que una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 es posaria en marxa m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid, reduint el temps de retorn de la inversi\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Circular d&#8217;acc\u00e9s i connexi\u00f3<\/h3>\n\n<p>La CNMC prepara la publicaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una circular espec\u00edfica que regular\u00e0 els procediments d&#8217;acc\u00e9s i connexi\u00f3 de la demanda.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El seu objectiu \u00e9s aportar <strong>transpar\u00e8ncia, concreci\u00f3 i homogene\u00eftat<\/strong> en totes les fases: sol\u00b7licitud, resposta de la distribu\u00efdora, costos i terminis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 obligar\u00e0 les distribu\u00efdores a disposar de <strong>plataformes digitals comunes<\/strong>, la qual cosa facilitar\u00e0 el seguiment d&#8217;expedients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta norma hauria de reduir la discrecionalitat i els retards actuals a la tramitaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Actualment, <strong>menys de l&#8217;1% de la pot\u00e8ncia instal\u00b7lada correspon a autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La CNMC proposa <strong>impulsar la figura del gestor d&#8217;autoconsum<\/strong>, que centralitzi les gestions amb distribu\u00efdores i comercialitzadores en nom de tots els participants d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s clau per a comunitats de ve\u00efns i agrupacions d&#8217;empreses, que sovint s&#8217;enfronten a tr\u00e0mits complexos que desincentiven la inversi\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un gestor, es podrien simplificar els processos i donar seguretat jur\u00eddica als participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transpar\u00e8ncia per al consumidor<\/h3>\n\n<p>Actualment, molts usuaris desconeixen com es calcula la compensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;excedents o quina part del seu consum es cobreix amb la fotovoltaica.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La CNMC recomana <strong>incloure m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 en les factures el\u00e8ctriques <\/strong>sobre autoconsum (energia autoconsumida, excedents abocaments, compensaci\u00f3 rebuda).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 es planteja habilitar plataformes de dades que permetin al consumidor accedir f\u00e0cilment al seu hist\u00f2ric de producci\u00f3 i consum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aix\u00f2 ajudaria els usuaris a entendre millor l&#8217;impacte de la seva instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 i a optimitzar els seus h\u00e0bits de consum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Noves configuracions (multiCAU i multidistribu\u00efdor)<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>MultiCAU (Codi d&#8217;Autoconsum \u00danic):<\/strong> permetria que un mateix consumidor participi en diversos autoconsums col\u00b7lectius, la qual cosa flexibilitzaria molt la implantaci\u00f3 en entorns urbans o industrials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Multidistribu\u00efdor<\/strong>: facilitaria projectes on diversos punts de consum estiguin baix diferents distribu\u00efdores, superant una de les principals barreres actuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Totes dues configuracions estan en desenvolupament i requereixen canvis normatius addicionals per a fer-se realitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registre d&#8217;autoconsum (RADNE)<\/h3>\n\n<p>El <strong>RADNE (Registre Administratiu d&#8217;Autoconsum d&#8217;Energia El\u00e8ctrica)<\/strong> \u00e9s l&#8217;eina oficial per a comptabilitzar instal\u00b7lacions, per\u00f2 segons la CNMC no reflecteix la situaci\u00f3 real:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Moltes instal\u00b7lacions figuren en registres auton\u00f2mics, per\u00f2 no estan actualitzades en el RADNE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aix\u00f2 dificulta la planificaci\u00f3 i el seguiment real de l&#8217;autoconsum a Espanya.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La CNMC demana <strong>simplificar les dades sol\u00b7licitades<\/strong>, digitalitzar procediments i millorar la coordinaci\u00f3 amb les comunitats aut\u00f2nomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un registre \u00e0gil i fiable permetria avaluar millor el creixement del sector i dissenyar pol\u00edtiques m\u00e9s eficaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>En definitiva, l&#8217;informe de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnmc.es\/sites\/default\/files\/5418567.pdf?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNMC \u2013 Informe INF\/DE\/106\/24 (juliol 2024) <\/a>subratlla que l&#8217;autoconsum continuar\u00e0 creixent a Espanya si s&#8217;escometen aquestes millores reguladores, es refor\u00e7a la cooperaci\u00f3 amb comunitats aut\u00f2nomes i es facilita el desplegament de l&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu, clau en comunitats de ve\u00efns i entorns empresarials.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Llavors, quina modalitat em conv\u00e9 triar?<\/h2>\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3 dep\u00e8n del context de cada consumidor:<\/p>\n\n<ul
